Free the clipper!

Like its paid sibling, KClip 3, our first free plugin KClip Zero offers variable clipping curve, and internal oversampling, and can be used on masters, buses, and tracks to achieve transparent loudness, as well as saturation.

  • Industry leading oversampling quality - Mastering grade oversampling, set at 2x for realtime monitoring, with 16x offline bounce.
  • Variable Hard/Soft clipping – Soften control allows you to dial in just the right amount of soft clipping (or leave at 0% for pure hard clipping.)
  • Gain linking – Match input and output gain as needed.
  • Resizable Window
  • Preset Menu with subfolder support
  • Preset A/B compare feature

KClip Zero

I did not care for the plugin. I'm not sure if the free download is different from the paid version but I tried using the free version of the plugin and found it to be of no use to me

One of the cleanest clippers I ever used, just awesome

Great plugin, just make it Linux native and I'll recommend it forever.

Running through wine and it works well enough but it's a bit finicky.

Works great. Love the metering. Sounds fine, like a decent clipper. I haven’t gotten used to the interface yet. For something like this, I tend to go for something fast and simple, which it is, mostly. My former clipper is comparable to this one, so I’m still looking for the reason why I would grab this over the one I was using. I think I would need more time with it to tell if it feels right.
